I’m glad you’re here.
I’m an artist, father, husband, educator, photographer, printmaker, designer, Lego enthusiast, hiker, music lover, beachgoer, avid movie-watcher, and dog guy.
I have always taken a camera with me on trips, outings, friends’ houses, shows, etc. Once my son was born, I decided to keep a camera or two around the house to be able to capture all the tiny moments in and around the house. Some people say that constantly looking at the world through a camera takes you out of the moment, but I disagree. I feel that my memories are stronger because of the photographs I have taken. I never pose, I just snap when it feels right.
I currently teach high school photography for Montgomery County Public Schools. Later in 2024, I will begin teaching film and darkroom photography to the next generation of film photographers and I am proud and excited to pass along my experience and knowledge.
